Self-healing

For generations, the human organism developed automatically various defense mechanisms to protect, regenerate and heal itself. Our organs and bodily functions are controlled by the autonomic nervous system. Contrary to technical systems, body systems regulate themselves and adjust to the given needs.

Natural Stress Inducer

Acute stress is a form for which we are built and with indeed positive effects on well-being, performance and concentration and lust for life or sex.

This natural regulation process, triggered by acute short-term stress stimuli is disturbed continuously by stressors of harmful environmental influences and bad habits.

Disease occurs at the very moment, in which the regulatory system of the body is no longer able to compensate the dysfunction.

„Not the life in abnormal conditions, not the dysfunction itself causes disease, but the disease begins with the insufficiency of the regulatory apparatus!„

Rudolf Ludwig Karl Virchow, (1821 - 1902), German doctor, anthropologist, pathologist at Charité Berlin

  • The autonomous nervous system is the top control and regulation system in the body. The two main nerves, the sympathetic nerve (SN) and the parasympathetic nerve (PN) as counterplayers control and regulate the essential basic functions (vital functions) of the organism, such as the metabolism, breathing, cardiovascular system, digestive system, hormone system, immune system, etc.

The SN mobilises in the event of stress and danger through neuronal and hormonal activation a maximisation access to the energy reserves to overcome the situation. The PN is reduced or deactivated entirely in this process.

After the situation resolved, the body can recover again. This allows the parasympathetic nerve to again assume its tasks of regeneration, repair and healing.
  • Continued bustle, physical and mental excess demands, damaging environmental impacts such as e-smog from electric devices, satellites, mobile telephones, WLAN and radio, pollution of the air and water or bad habits from irregular sleeping patterns and insufficient high-quality nutrition result in chronic stress on the organism in addition to other damaging influences. The sympathetic nerve consistently receives alarm triggers and works at full throttle.

Permanent stress becomes a problem!

➤ After the alarm phase, the recovery phase is prevented by continuously impacting alarm triggers.

➤ Result: continued sympathetic nerve activation, also called the resistance phase, can last for weeks, months or even years.

➤ The result is excessive demand on the systems and increased consumption and imbalance of transmitter substances of the exhaustion phase.

The Parasympathetic nerve can no longer keep up with its function to recover, regenerate, repair and heal. This results in total exhaustion, from regulation to functional disorders and finally to disease.

Regeneration

With the iLifeSOMM, the natural balance for the optimal regulation abilities is restored, the resistance phase with continued sympathetic nerve activation is eliminated virtually entirely. The body is thereby again able to regulate, to provide resources for regeneration and healing again.

Repair and healing processes can effectively only take place if the parasympathicus nerve is far more active than the sympathicus nerve! When the overarching autonomous nervous system again controls and regulates in a balanced way thanks to the SOMM treatment, subordinate systems and organs can work better!

The iLifeSOMM supports within a few minutes the natural functions of the body. Deep relaxation, metabolism, increase and flow of energy and the detoxification are the basic conditions for healing and regeneration processes.

This leads to four main effects, which allows to bring back the body, mind, soul-system into balance within a few minutes.

  • For a practice to work, the body must first be brought into a relaxed condition. The music relaxes the mind and soul and lets the relaxation become particularly deep, the basic requirement so that the body is prepared for an application.
  • The magnetic field resonance application can increase the energy balance, stimulates the metabolism among other things by reaching every single cell of the body. This in turn can result in an improvement of the immune system and strengthens the body's defences.
  • For organs and control circuits to be supplied with energy, it needs to flow freely. Sound, tone, vibration application and micromassage can release existing physical and mental blocks. The functional circuits are now supplied with energy.
  • The far infrared heat radiation releases, among other things, the gases and toxins encapsulated in water molecules and accelerates their discharge. Hyperthermia can kill or at least greatly inhibit bacteria and viruses.

Music therapy

In receptive music therapy (the passive perception of music) as used in the iLifeSOMM System, music is used in a targeted fashion to achieve a therapeutic effect. Receptive music therapy, is the oldest form of music therapy. Music composed specifically for use with the iLifeSOMM allows the body to undergo deep relaxation and helps to restore, preserve and promote spiritual, physical and mental health.

Magnetic resonance therapy

The most widespread and successful magnetic resonance therapy procedure in the world is used in the iLifeSOMM System, developed in the nineties by a team of medical, biological and physics experts led by Andreas Guenther. A magnetic field generator in the iLifeSOMM System uses specific frequency bundles (reflected saw-tooth pulses), which imitate those found in nature, to generate a low-frequency, low-energy electromagnetic field that is gently transmitted to the body via an intelligent technology in which a coil is wound over a large area.

Vibration therapy

Because the human body consists of at least 70% liquid it provides the optimum preconditions for the transmission of vibration. The gentle vibrations of the iLifeSOMM System cause every one of the approximately 70 billion cells of the entire body to vibrate and act as amplifiers for almost inaudible but intensively perceptible frequencies. Among the effects of this are the loosening of physical tension and cramps and the clearance of energy blockages.

Note therapy

Notes and tones specifically calculated for use with iLifeSOMM, together with specially composed music with predefined frequency components cause either the entire body or the individual parts of the body desired to vibrate in a targeted manner, in accordance with the law of resonance.

Tonal therapy

A computer-controlled multi-channel system activates three actuators (sound generators), which use note, tone and music feeds to transmit gentle micro-vibrations in the range of infra-sound, audible sound and ultrasound via precisely calculated resonating structures in the application couch.

Micro massage

Massage in the broadest sense is one of the oldest medications known to humanity. The positive effects of massages have been proven in various clinical tests and trials and are thus scientifically recognised. The range of the micro-massage in the iLifeSOMM System extends from the location on the body being treated over the whole organism, including the mind.

Relaxation therapy

The totality of these individual procedures, which are entirely attuned to one another in the iLifeSOMM by means of “octaving”, i.e. the halving or doubling of the individual frequencies and oscillation patterns, results in a relaxation response by the whole body within just a few minutes.

Far infrared heat therapy

The far infrared heat rays (FIR) with a wave frequency of 7-15 micrometers (µm) are, as displayed in the ray chart, a small section of the natural sunlight. The crucial matter for the effect of these heat rays is that they correspond precisely to the heat radiation of the human body, which also has a wave frequency of 7-15 µm. For that reason, these far infrared heat rays can penetrate 5-7 cm into the skin and thereby heat the cells and tissue as well as the skin, muscles, blood and lymph vessels. The resonant absorption of the far infrared rays by our body cells causes vibration and rotation effects at a molecular level, which in turn results in a physiological level essentially in a splitting of water molecules polluted with toxins.

Our clients feedback

Healing relaxation!

The iLifeSOMM couch was recommended to me by a girlfriend and just one trial left me totally converted. Where else can one achieve healing relaxation in such a short time?

Guido Maria Kretschmar – Modedesigner

Fantastic!

The combinations of music and massage are fantastic. I decide on the program and get what I need, whether that is relaxation or revitalisation.

Hendrikje Kopp - Unterhaltungschefin Bild TV

Fully focused!

The small amount of time required means that I can incorporate the couch between individual appointments and thus always remain fully focused.

Frida Weyer – Designeri

Like a mini-holiday!

The 12 minutes of "time out" on the couch are like a mini-holiday for me. As I am deeply relaxed I can then cope optimally with the stresses of my everyday life,

David Reichert – PR Manager

Like deep meditation!

After just 12 minutes on the couch, I was almost as relaxed as after deep meditation. A wonderful opportunity of getting rid of stress, boosting one’s batteries and simply being better!

Kerstin Linnartz - Moderatorin

Switch off totally!

I was very sceptical when I tried it but even in the first few minutes on the couch you switch off totally and after 12 minutes you feel very calm, strong, at ease and very relaxed.

The new dimension in health care

The body – the core of iLifeSOMM
The wide reclining surface with a viscoelastic filling has a soft upper layer, thus ensuring a comfortable and relaxing use. The reclining surface is made out of high-quality Alcantara fabric.
The lounger can also be quickly separated into 5 individual parts to simplify transport.

Stable understructure
The elegant understructure in special rigid foam provides the necessary hard and flat underlayer. This ensures an optimal vibration transfer to the body.

Operation via touchscreen
The state-of-the-art 10-inch operating display serves to control all the functions of the iLifeSOMM system. Operating the system via the AUTO-program, which always provides the optimal program according to the time of day and the TCM, is extremely simple.
48 different music tracks, specially composed for the iLifeSOMM, are a fixed part of the basic software package. Depending on the software edition, there is a choice of up to 216 programs and individual frequencies. Depending on the program, the time of use ranges from 2 to 72 minutes. In the individual program, all the parameters of the far infrared magnetic field vibration can be adjusted individually for each of the three segments.
The system turns off automatically at the end of the defined period.

Headphones
To listen to the music, you are provided with high-quality headphones that are adjusted for the system. They are plugged in to the control device via a 3.5 mm jack. Protective covers are available in order to ensure compliance with hygiene standards in case of commercial use.

Central control unit in the technical compartment
All connections for the power supply, software cards, operating display, headphones, body elements and an AUX output socket can be found on the central control device. A normal 230 V power supply is sufficient to operate the iLifeSOMM. The user software is saved on an SD card. You can upgrade to newer software versions very simply via licence key, without needing to change the hardware.

Built-in iLifeFIR far infrared
The far infrared unit is built into the body, simple to operate via the operating display and can be used simultaneously with the iLifeSOMM. The adjustable temperature ranges from 25° to 49°C.

Fully automatic application by organ clock

This software offers a wide range of functions and possibilities. The system core is the automatic program, which executes the best program every two hours, according to the time of day and the inner clock of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).

Your personal settings can be comfortably saved for every subsequent use through the addition of an individual user profile.

Another advantage of this digital version resides in the possibility of saving particularly pleasing programs as personal favourites. This makes the use of the system even more relaxing, because it allows various different program sequences to run one after another – without a single interruption.

✕

everything is possible

Individual program for every individual

Depending on the software version, the individual program offers various sub-programs, which can then be applied in a targeted way according to various indications. In addition, the parameters for the vibration, pulsating magnetic field and far infrared can be adjusted separately for each of the three elements – head, body and feet parts.

With the rhythm program, it is possible to apply a program defined according to the situation in contradiction with the normal biological rhythm, as may occur for people who work in shifts.

Compact

iLifeSOMM works easy

The soft surface is for comfortable and relaxed use. Its made of a high quality Alcantara fabric. The microfiber has the property of binding dust. You can brush off the surface with a soft brush. A simple shoe or clothes brush is very useful.

A special base frame provides the necessary hard and flat surface. This ensures optimal vibration transmission to the body. In addition, the body is thereby held non-slip. The height incl. ILifeSOMM is approx. 63 cm.

Thanks to the clever folding technique, it can be set up or re-folded in seconds with just a few hand movements.

There is a cover for protection and transport. This is simply pulled over the folded cube. The straps are carried under the body and the two side straps make it easy to carry the iLifeSOMM.

Optionally, there are rails with transport wheels, which additionally facilitate mobility.

The iLifeFIR Far Infrared is integrated directly into the body and can therefore be used in a time-saving manner in combination with the iLifeSOMM.

The viscoelastic surface adapts to your body ideally. The FIR unit shuts off automatically after the time has elapsed.

The floor unit houses the technical compartment with the control unit and all power supply connections, software stick, operator terminal, headphone, carcass and AUX input. To operate the iLifeSOMM, a normal 230 V power supply suffices. The user software is stored on a USB stick, which is simply plugged in here. You can easily update by changing the stick and are always up-to-date, without having to change the hardware.

An additional audio input (AUX) offers the possibility to connect an external audio source (CD player, iPod, etc.)

In the following, we share the legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the basis of which we process personal data. Please note that in addition to the regulations of the DSGVO, the national data protection regulations in your or our country of residence and domicile may apply. Furthermore, should more specific legal bases be relevant in individual cases, we will inform you of these in the data protection declaration.

Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a. DSGVO) - The data subject has given his/her consent to the processing of personal data relating to him/her for a specific purpose or purposes.
Performance of a contract and pre-contractual enquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b. DSGVO) - Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) - Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, unless such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data.

National data protection regulations in Germany: In addition to the data protection regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation, national regulations on data protection apply in Germany. These include, in particular, the Act on Protection against Misuse of Personal Data in Data Processing (Federal Data Protection Act - BDSG). In particular, the BDSG contains special regulations on the right to information, the right to erasure, the right to object, the processing of special categories of personal data, processing for other purposes and transmission as well as automated decision-making in individual cases, including profiling. Furthermore, it regulates data processing for purposes of the employment relationship (Section 26 BDSG), in particular with regard to the establishment, implementation or termination of employment relationships as well as the consent of employees. Furthermore, data protection laws of the individual federal states may apply.

Security measures

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with the law, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing, as well as the different probabilities of occurrence and the level of threat to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, in order to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk.

The measures include, in particular, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical and electronic access to the data as well as access to, input of, disclosure of, assurance of availability of and segregation of the data. We also have procedures in place to ensure the exercise of data subjects' rights, the deletion of data and responses to data compromise. Furthermore, we already take the protection of personal data into account in the development or selection of hardware, software and procedures in accordance with the principle of data protection, through technology design and through data protection-friendly default settings.

SSL encryption (https): In order to protect your data transmitted via our online offer, we use SSL encryption. You can recognise such encrypted connections by the prefix https:// in the address line of your browser.

Transmission of personal data

In the course of our processing of personal data, it may happen that the data is transmitted to other bodies, companies, legally independent organisational units or persons or that it is disclosed to them. The recipients of this data may include, for example, service providers commissioned with IT tasks or providers of services and content that are integrated into a website. In such cases, we comply with the legal requirements and, in particular, conclude appropriate contracts or agreements that serve to protect your data with the recipients of your data.

Data processing in third countries

If we process data in a third country (i.e., outside the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA)) or the processing takes place in the context of the use of third-party services or the disclosure or transfer of data to other persons, bodies or companies, this will only be done in accordance with the legal requirements.

Subject to express consent or contractually or legally required transfer, we only process or have data processed in third countries with a recognised level of data protection, contractual obligation through so-called standard protection clauses of the EU Commission, in the presence of certifications or binding internal data protection regulations (Art. 44 to 49 DSGVO, information page of the EU Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection_de).

Newsletter and electronic notifications

We send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications (hereinafter "newsletters") only with the consent of the recipients or a legal permission. If the contents of a newsletter are specifically described in the context of a registration, they are decisive for the consent of the users. Apart from that, our newsletters contain information about our services and us.

In order to subscribe to our newsletters, it is generally sufficient to provide your e-mail address. However, we may ask you to provide a name, for the purpose of personal address in the newsletter, or further details, if these are necessary for the purposes of the newsletter.

Double opt-in procedure: The registration for our newsletter is always carried out in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with other people's e-mail addresses. The registrations for the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the registration and confirmation time as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored with the dispatch service provider are also logged.

Deletion and restriction of processing: We may store unsubscribed email addresses for up to three years based on our legitimate interests before deleting them in order to be able to prove consent previously given. The processing of this data will be limited to the purpose of a possible defence against claims. An individual request for deletion is possible at any time, provided that the former existence of consent is confirmed at the same time. In the case of obligations to permanently observe objections, we reserve the right to store the e-mail address in a block list (so-called "block list") for this purpose alone.

The logging of the registration process takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests for the purpose of proving its proper course. If we commission a service provider to send e-mails, this is done on the basis of our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure sending system.

Notes on legal basis: The newsletter is sent on the basis of the recipients' consent or, if consent is not required, on the basis of our legitimate interests in direct marketing, if and to the extent that this is permitted by law, e.g. in the case of advertising to existing customers. Insofar as we commission a service provider to send e-mails, this is done on the basis of our legitimate interests. The registration process is recorded on the basis of our legitimate interests to demonstrate that it has been carried out in accordance with the law.

Content: Information about us, our services, promotions and offers.

Condition of receiving free services: Consent to receive mailings may be made conditional as a requirement to avail of free services (e.g. access to certain content or participation in certain promotions). If users wish to take advantage of the free service without subscribing to the newsletter, please contact us.

Types of data processed: inventory data (e.g. names, addresses), contact data (e.g. email, phone numbers), meta/communication data (e.g. device information, IP addresses).
Data subjects: Communication partners, users (e.g. website visitors, users of online services).
Purposes of processing: direct marketing (e.g. by email or post), provision of contractual services and customer service.
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a. DSGVO), Legitimate Interests (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f. DSGVO).
Option to object (opt-out): You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent or object to further receipt. You will find a link to cancel the newsletter either at the end of each newsletter or you can use one of the contact options listed above, preferably e-mail, for this purpose.

Use of cookies
Cookies are text files that contain data from visited websites or domains and are stored by a browser on the user's computer. A cookie is primarily used to store information about a user during or after his or her visit within an online offer. Stored information may include, for example, language settings on a website, login status, a shopping cart or where a video was watched. The term cookies also includes other technologies that perform the same functions as cookies (e.g. where user details are stored using pseudonymous online identifiers, also known as "user IDs").

The following cookie types and functions are distinguished:

Temporary cookies (also: session cookies): Temporary cookies are deleted at the latest after a user has left an online offer and closed his browser.

Permanent cookies: Permanent cookies remain stored even after the browser is closed. In particular, the log-in status can be saved or preferred content can be displayed directly when the user visits a website again. Likewise, the interests of users used for range measurement or marketing purposes can be stored in such a cookie.
First-party cookies: First-party cookies are set by ourselves.

Third-party cookies (also: third-party cookies): Third-party cookies are mainly used by advertisers (so-called third parties) to process user information.

Necessary (also: essential or absolutely necessary) cookies: Cookies may be absolutely necessary for the operation of a website (e.g. to store log-ins or other user inputs or for security reasons).

Statistical, marketing and personalisation cookies: Furthermore, cookies are generally also used in the context of range measurement and when a user's interests or behaviour (e.g. viewing certain content, using functions, etc.) on individual websites are stored in a user profile. Such profiles are used, for example, to show users content that matches their potential interests. This process is also referred to as "tracking", i.e. tracking the potential interests of users. Insofar as we use cookies or "tracking" technologies, we will inform you separately in our data protection declaration or in the context of obtaining consent.

Notes on legal basis: The legal basis on which we process your personal data using cookies depends on whether we ask you for consent. If this is the case and you consent to the use of cookies, the legal basis for processing your data is the consent given. Otherwise, the data processed with the help of cookies is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. in the business operation of our online offer and its improvement) or, if the use of cookies is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations.

Storage period: If we do not provide you with explicit information on the storage period of permanent cookies (e.g. in the context of a so-called cookie location insert), please assume that the storage period can be up to two years.

General information on revocation and objection (opt-out): Depending on whether the processing is based on consent or legal permission, you have the option at any time to revoke any consent you have given or to object to the processing of your data by cookie technologies (collectively referred to as "opt-out"). You can initially declare your objection by means of your browser settings, e.g. by deactivating the use of cookies (whereby this may also restrict the functionality of our online offer). An objection to the use of cookies for online marketing purposes can also be declared by means of a variety of services, primarily in the case of tracking, via the https://optout.aboutads.info and https://www.youronlinechoices.com/ websites. In addition, you can obtain further instructions on how to object within the scope of the information on the service providers and cookies used.

Processing of cookie data on the basis of consent: We use a cookie consent management procedure in which the consent of users to the use of cookies, or the processing and providers mentioned in the cookie consent management procedure, can be obtained and managed and revoked by users. The declaration of consent is stored in order not to have to repeat the request and to be able to prove the consent in accordance with the legal obligation. The storage can take place on the server side and/or in a cookie (so-called place-in-cookie, or with the help of comparable technologies) in order to be able to assign the consent to a user or their device. Subject to individual information on the providers of cookie management services, the following information applies: The duration of the storage of consent can be up to two years. A pseudonymous user identifier is created and stored with the time of consent, information on the scope of consent (e.g. which categories of cookies and/or service providers) and the browser, system and end device used.

Provision of the online offer and web hosting

In order to provide our online offer securely and efficiently, we use the services of one or more web hosting providers from whose servers (or servers managed by them) the online offer can be accessed. For these purposes, we may use infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services as well as security services and technical maintenance services.

The data processed in the course of providing the hosting service may include all information relating to the users of our online service that is generated in the course of use and communication. This regularly includes the IP address, which is necessary to be able to deliver the contents of online offers to browsers, and all entries made within our online offer or from websites.

Collection of access data and log files: We ourselves (or our web hosting provider) collect data on every access to the server (so-called server log files). The server log files may include the address and name of the web pages and files accessed, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page) and, as a rule, IP addresses and the requesting provider.

The server log files can be used for security purposes, e.g. to prevent server overload (especially in the case of abusive attacks, so-called DDoS attacks) and to ensure the utilisation of the servers and their stability.

Chatbots and chat functions
We offer as a communication option, online chats and chatbot functions (collectively referred to as "chat services"). A chat is an online conversation conducted with a certain degree of timeliness. A chatbot is software that answers users' questions or notifies them of messages. When you use our chat features, we may process your personal data.

If you use our chat services within an online platform, your identification number will also be stored within the relevant platform. We may also collect information about which users interact with our chat services and when. Furthermore, we store the content of your conversations via the chat services and log registration and consent processes in order to be able to prove them in accordance with legal requirements.

We would like to point out to users that the respective platform provider can find out that and when users communicate with our chat services as well as collect technical information about the device used by the users and, depending on the settings of their device, also location information (so-called metadata) for the purpose of optimising the respective services and for security purposes. Likewise, the metadata of the communication via chat services (i.e. e.g. information on who communicated with whom) may be used by the respective platform providers in accordance with their provisions, to which we refer for further information, for marketing purposes or to display advertising tailored to users.

If users agree with a chatbot to activate information with regular messages, they have the option to unsubscribe from the information at any time in the future. The chatbot informs users how and with which terms they can unsubscribe from the messages. When users unsubscribe from chatbot messages, their data is deleted from the list of message recipients.

We use the aforementioned information to operate our chat services, e.g. to address users personally, to answer their queries, to transmit any requested content and also to improve our chat services (e.g. to "teach" chatbots answers to frequently asked questions or to identify unanswered queries).

Notes on legal basis: We use chat services on the basis of consent where we have obtained prior permission from users to process their data as part of our chat services (this applies to cases where users are asked for consent, e.g. for a chatbot to send them messages on a regular basis). If we use chat services to answer users' enquiries about our services or our company, this is done for contractual and pre-contractual communication. Otherwise, we use chat services on the basis of our legitimate interests in optimising the chat services, their operational efficiency and increasing the positive user experience.

Revocation, objection and deletion: You can revoke a given consent or object to the processing of your data within the scope of our chat services at any time.

Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a. DSGVO), Legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f. DSGVO).
Deletion of data

The data processed by us will be deleted in accordance with the legal requirements as soon as their consents permitted for processing are revoked or other permissions cease to apply (e.g. if the purpose of processing this data has ceased to apply or it is not required for the purpose).

If the data are not deleted because they are required for other and legally permissible purposes, their processing will be limited to these purposes. I.e. the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for reasons of commercial or tax law or whose storage is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person.

Further information on the deletion of personal data can also be found in the individual data protection notices of this data protection declaration.

Amendment and updating of the data protection declaration
We ask you to regularly inform yourself about the content of our data protection declaration. We adapt the data protection declaration as soon as changes in the data processing carried out by us make this necessary. We will inform you as soon as the changes require an act of cooperation on your part (e.g. consent) or other individual notification.

Where we provide addresses and contact details of companies and organisations in this privacy statement, please note that the addresses may change over time and please check the details before contacting us.

Rights of data subjects
As a data subject, you have various rights under the GDPR, in particular as set out in Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR:

Right to object: you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) DSGVO; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If the personal data concerning you is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.

Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to revoke any consent given at any time.

Complaint to the supervisory authority: You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in accordance with the law, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.
Definitions

This section provides you with an overview of the terms used in this Privacy Notice. Many of the terms are taken from the law and defined primarily in Article 4 of the GDPR. The legal definitions are binding. The following explanations, on the other hand, are primarily intended to help you understand them. The terms are sorted alphabetically.

Personal data: "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier (e.g. cookie) or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Controller: "Controller" means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

Processing: "Processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means. The term is broad and encompasses virtually any handling of data, be it collection, analysis, storage, transmission or deletion.
